Marathon Week to Wednesday

Well it is only Wednesday, and I already feel like I have had a marathon week. It's probably the fact that I am still recovering from date party and the opening weekend of baseball. Too much fun! Monday night I went to MS State and heard Blake Mycoskie of Tom's shoes speak. It was a fun road trip with the girls, and his story was quite inspiring. I would love to be one of his interns despite the fact that I don't have any open time in the near future to have an internship in anything besides nutrition related venues. Blahhh!!! Nutrition is overtaking my life. Maybe it's because it's junior year and now I'm getting to the meat of my course load. Whether I want to do clinical pediatric nutrition or foodservice is still up in the air. I have been advised against food service so much I am scared to even pursue it. However, I love food.
Tuesday was honestly a blur. I started housing for my freshman soon to be sophomores in the dorms. Talk about a generation gap. 25 of them have replied to an email I sent Tuesday morning. I don't understand. I thought we were all part of the technological age. Maybe they are a part of the I don't give a sh*t age. I did so much house stuff yesterday I wanted to scream. I'm pretty sure I've sent a couple hundred emails in the past two days. I also took part in the bodpod screening yesterday which calculates your %body fat (lean and storage). I will not be broadcasting my results. However, they weren't bad results.
I started studying for my Anatomy and Physiology test yesterday since this weekend I will be attending RCS training at LSU for DG stuff. Monday will come in with a bang. A anatomy test at 11, a project and test in patho and nutrition therapy at 2:30. After that the week is pretty light. Too bad the next week consists of a lab mid term and two tests. By the time spring break is here, I will be surprised if I am alive.
Also, word to the wise a cough might have been a greeting in the time of the cavemen, but it is not one now. It's just plain rude. Also, give you mom a hug today if you can. If you can't just call her and tell her you love her. This is my advice for today. That's all.
