Well today was actually a restful Friday. I started watching L., J., and B. around 11. They played outside all day biking and ramping. I guess it must be a normal occurrence for little boys to skin their knees because today B. skinned his after a tumble off the bike. I am not use to all these accidents. I know when I fall and skin my knee about once a year it takes weeks to heal. If these boys keep up their crazy playing they will all need knee replacements before the age of 40! Haha!
Well I must say Hotty Toddy! I am proud of my Rebels winning their super regional game against Virginia. After 12 long innings, we pulled out the win along with our closing pitcher suffering from a broken nose. Poor Jake!
Today was pay day! Yay! I knew there was a reason I liked Friday besides it being the start to the weekend! Tomorrow I'm headed off to Columbus for the weekend with close family and friends.
I'll be back Monday with more from the lives of P., M., L., J., B., and of course me!
Until next time,
Ally B.

A very long day!
Well I picked up all five rowdy boys from the last day of football camp at 11 today, and we all headed to Newk's for lunch. Everyone was just starring and saying you go ahead and God Bless you! I just laughed! It is so funny sitting them all down at one table for a conversation over lunch. After the turkey sandwich with condiments snafu with M. and his sandwich which brought tears, all was happy and upbeat. My little P. talked about his girlfriend. I proud to say he only has one now. Multiples have gone out the window. He told of seeing her at the beach and how they "had a rockin' good time!" Haha! I was laughing so hard I cried. As the other boys were quick to call him out on the fact that they hardly looked at one another and didn't share a word. Oh what we thought young love was...complicated then, complicated now!
Well after the crazy lunch was over, we all made a pitstop at one of the houses before hitting the movies to see the new 3D movie UP. After a car ride with the discussion of racing pianos while running from the cops, My little P., the accident prone kid he is, fell and busted his knee open. After nanny Allison became nurse Allison all was well. We headed to the movies all shoved together like sardines in my camry. We piled out to find that movies have become ridiculous priced, even for the matinee, which was $9.00 for the kids and $9.50 for the me, the adult. Haha! Oh and did I mention there was a $3.oo service fee for the glasses because they santize them. Wow! That guy sanitizing them is making a killing with baby wipes! After going to the top row with all the boys, once the movie begins L. asks if we can move to the front of the pretty crowded movie theater so he can see. The adult I am moves with just him to the second row of the theater so he can see, leaving the other while praying they don't do anything without me there. All went well!
After I got back to the house with all the boys, things settled down a little. After many departed and I had only P. and M. things were very very quiet. I was at their house until 8 tonight when their dad got in from a golf tournament. There was some well needed napping on the boys part, unfortunately not on mine. Going to hit the shower and call it a night. I'm exhausted and tomorrow will be a full day!
Until next time,

The first two days
You have to know that I have been taking care of three of these five kids for years now when their parents are working, on dates, traveling, etc. As of three days ago, I found out that I was adding two more kids to my bunch L. and J. The others are M., P., and B. They are attending a football camp at the local private school in two where one of their fathers is the head football coach. Needless to say a few actually have some talent. I have to say I'm a pretty proud of how well all five of them get along. Yesterday, we all took an outing to the courthouse aka the local fitness club with multiple location around town. I thought we were all swimming. Well I was misinformed. The only on that took a dip in the pool was me. The others took turns between playing racket ball and wall ball. Also they hit up the arcade...this is a fitness club?
Today, I only had one set of brothers. Needless to say the day was uneventful with a long five hours sitting in front of the television watching Phineas and Ferb and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody until the downpour outside subsided. I finished the last Au pair book and started on many others with my new kindle applications on my Iphone. The most entertainment of the day came from L. and J. about their female cat who is orange, black, and white being named Mickey. I am pretty sure I am the only one who found the humor in this.
I am excited for S., one of my college besties. She is dating again! Yay! Well she will not call it a date, but I will. Oh and she is having a sushi date. I was glad but not shocked when I was the one she turned to for sushi ordering advice at the local sushi bar in town. She did her research before the date which equals no awkward texting under the table or in the bathroom while on her date. Oops that might be me!
My other college bestie, K. is leaving for China the end of the week to spend the summer studying. As sad as I am she is leaving for two months, I know it will be a good experience for her. No, this will not be her first time in China. She actually lived their for a couple of years in her youth. There will be a lot of long skype sessions, emails, and blogging to keep up with one another, but we will make it.
Tomorrow equals and extremely long day with all five boys with a forecast of rain.
Until next time,
Ally B.
